Pros
Company is good, gives flexible work timings. Also they have Work From Home jobs also, I used to be full time employee working from home. Yes, even it didn't required to visit the office once, they sent everything to my home only. I got higher pay from another company that's why I moved, otherwise would have continued.
Cons
Since I didn't visited the office once, I didn't have any more than professional communication with anyone, neither with the team, so I cannot say. Team politics happens, but that exists in almost every company.
