Because we hire for complex, enterprise grade products used by large global customers, roles here offer strong exposure to security, automation and large scale problem solving, which is attractive for candidates who want depth and ownership early in their careers. Even though we operate like a fast growing SaaS company, many teams are conscious about maintaining healthy work life balance and a supportive peer culture, which is something I actively highlight in my conversations with candidates.
