I’ve been in People Operations here for over four years as an individual contributor, and overall, it’s been a very rewarding experience. The biggest pro is the opportunity for growth. I’ve consistently felt challenged in my role and have been given new projects and opportunities that have pushed me outside my comfort zone in a good way. If you’re someone who wants to learn quickly and take on meaningful work, there’s plenty of room to do that here. I’ve also been able to see the impact of my work pretty immediately, which is incredibly motivating. The people are another major highlight. The team is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to jump in to help. There’s a strong sense of partnership across teams, and that makes even the busiest times manageable.

It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, and you have to be quick on your feet. Priorities can shift, and you need to be comfortable operating with some ambiguity. That won’t be for everyone. But if you thrive in an agile, high-energy environment and enjoy being challenged, this is a great place to grow and build your career.

I’ve been here since the end of COVID so have seen both challenging periods and exciting milestones. I’m especially encouraged by the clear vision from our new leadership in key Sales and Marketing roles. It feels like we’re building the right foundation to take the company to the next level this year. The new level of energy coming out of our Sales Kick Off is thrilling.

Expectations are high. We are being asked to do more with leaner resources, leveraging AI to work smarter. It’s not always easy, but it’s part of evolving and staying competitive. Obviously that leads to wondering when your own job is replaceable...
