Thank you for the review ! We are pleased that you felt supported and that the training was in depth - we always welcome feedback on the training so we can ensure everyone has the right tools to be successful in their roles! We have removed the bonus /PRP and have changed this to a post probation increase due to feedback. We understand that due to the nature of the critical services we provide, some calls can be challenging. To best support our employees we offer continuous real time support as well as regular check ins with the line managers. We also offer a free confidential Employee Assistance Service via Health Assured for all of our employees who may require further support.

Remote, good training, meet lots of new people.

Cons

If you’re not used to high call volumes then this role isn’t for you, relentless calls, can’t wee without being asked where are you?!
