Pros
Great place to start out as a recruiter because you will learn things quickly on how to recruit and do the business development. The managers with great tenure will always help you in any difficult situation especially dealing with the candidates and clients.
Cons
The health insurance and 401k ks not great. Depending on what region you are in, the KPIs are different. Our region’s KPIs rare above company standards. If you go to a competitor, you don’t need a 2 week notice because they let you go in less than 2 days. I do wish they can pay their employees more on the base salary. You may have to work on Black Friday depending the region.
