Pros
Very nice personnel walking in the door. It is only when you try to get in touch with your recruiter that you find out how inconsistent the professional quality really is.
Cons
Once you complete an assignment, you are tossed aside and never called again. If you attempt to call your recruiter, chances are they either are not available or are promised a callback that never happens. Personally, I would rather be told that I am not needed any longer than to be lied too.
