      It’s ok. You get to work remote. Unless they took that away too.

      Cons

      It’s ok. Bad work life balance. They say you don’t have to work weekends then threaten your job if you don’t. Commission structure isn’t that great. The benefits SUCK

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
