Pros
They make you feel that you are just what they need and everyone is nice and approachable.
Cons
They can tear you apart with gossip. EVERYONE talks about everyone behind their back and it feels like you are in a high school setting. I was asked to fill in as a Front Office Coordinator with a chance of being there permanently. I was asked by an executive employee to lend them almost 1000k and in so many words they would help me land the job I was already in. Once the money was given I was surprisingly dismissed and have had no contact with the Executive that borrowed the money from me. I am a single mother of three children and two of my children have a chronic illness so I was desperate to keep the job I was in.That person did not come right out and tell me that the job was a guarantee..but it was said in so many words. Now I am out the little life savings that I had and no job. When I was dismissed I was told that the whole group would be working hard to get me placed someplace else and come this morning I was just advised that because I have a child with a chronic illness they would not be able to place me anywhere. This all seems strange to me. They took my kindness as a weakness and kicked me to the side. I really hope the owner of the company see's this so they can see what is going on at his/her company
