Pros
Super collaborative people, fun culture, highly professional. Relatively lean R&D team, so you can get a lot of responsibility if you aim for it.
Cons
Compensation-wise: it's a private company, so options(/equivalent) are the additional comp, not RSUs. (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). Also, Since it's in the testing/automation market, it's less in the spotlight than cyber companies etc.
