Very frequent layoffs (2 in the past year, they kept the latest quiet but it's 15%+ of the company overall), no job security, the way they executed the layoffs was like waiting for your sentence, and in the last day after a meeting (in office) managers called the sentenced one by one. Really shameful, no respect for people's feelings.. The management is really not connected to the people. Buisness is sinking.
