Pros
Joining the company was a really positive experience. The onboarding process was well organized, and everything I needed to get started was ready on time. The HR team and my manager were supportive, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth. The training sessions were helpful, and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. My teammates were welcoming and always willing to help, which made it easy to settle into my role and understand the company's culture and ways of working. Overall, the onboarding experience made me feel valued and set me up for success from day one. It was a great start, and I'm grateful for the support I received throughout the process.
