      Great discounts, and competitive pay

      Cons

      Arc'teryx culture has changed with the new CEO. It is Lululemon 2.0 now. Even all the new hires are from Lulu. Incredibly hard to break in to HO as a retail worker, tons of gatekeeping. Upper management will give empty promises if you "work hard", but rarely back it up. Minimal upward mobility for retail workers.

      Employee discount is great, love all the other product guides, and it's easy to talk up quality products

      A lot of cons including but not limited to communication, women's sizing, and bulk buying
