Average - Associate Consultant Archetype Employee Review

Lot of heirarechy, partial to seniors and less value to juniors, no growth after a period, feedbacks of juniors not valued, limited exposure and client facing, zero work life balance, favouritism. The senior management will try to protect the seniors and will find a fault in juniors to prove them wrong. Same style of working as that of old times. Not ready for any new ideas/suggestions.
