Greeks , other western nationals and some christians Egyptians is expat class as per HR system other people are classified as third countries nations TCN or expat others Most managers Expat get high salaries and benefits and they are not competent enough to do their duties TCN and expat others do the majority of work and got nothing either salary nor benefits Company is losing huge amount of money in every project due to incompetence of the manager and nepotism even from stealing no one judge them however If a poor workers was ill for couple of days they fire him immediately Expats especially greeks treat others with a kind of disrespect Career with them is unstoppable as they hire and fire and most of their contracts is project based and they are not consistent in getting new projects Major of their projects in remote area High level of nepotism almost close to a family business
