Greeks , other western nationals and some christians Egyptians is expat class as per HR system other people are classified as third countries nations TCN or expat others Most managers Expat get high salaries and benefits and they are not competent enough to do their duties TCN and expat others do the majority of work and got nothing either salary nor benefits Company is losing huge amount of money in every project due to incompetence of the manager and nepotism even from stealing no one judge them however If a poor workers was ill for couple of days they fire him immediately Expats especially greeks treat others with a kind of disrespect Career with them is unstoppable as they hire and fire and most of their contracts is project based and they are not consistent in getting new projects Major of their projects in remote area High level of nepotism almost close to a family business

If you want to gamble with your career, this is the company to be in. Top Management behaves still like a pure sub-contractor, gives no respect to specifications/standards nor having any quality in the works executed in site. From Engineering, all standard practices/steps are skipped for the sake of progress due to immense pressure from management who has zero experience in this field, creating ten-hold consequences in proceeding activities . Company does not provide necessary importance to various departments, and consider all other departments to be joke apart from construction. Increments and updation of ones salary's are not determined by your own hard-work , but whom you know in the top management and whether you are their lap-dogs. And for the management their vision is so narrow minded, they think that only the people who take center stage during the climax of the show ,are the real-deal and deserve promotions. Good company for the fakers and actors/actresses/pretenders.
