Overall its a good company, they try to make it as fun as possible for the SDR's. They openly welcome employees feedback and really try to enhance the quality of the job.
Cons
Mundane and stressful job. This is not the job for people who have a lot of responsibilities. As an SDR your job is based on metrics and if you dont have time to improve outside of 40 hours, with little experience you will struggle.

Pros
Great people, great culture, and a growing company! The managers really prioritize your growth and your success. I love working at ArchiveSocial.
Cons
There are not many cons at ArchiveSocial. The only con would be that I wish we could work in person
- Lot's of opportunity to grow
- Open communication
- Leadership is willing to listen, it can sometimes take a few conversations but once you start talking they want your feedback
- Growing and scaling company, exciting time to be part of it and see everything grow
- Willing to take chances on employees even if their background may not be a perfect fit
- Starting to scale the company and the positions we have more (VP level roles, more sales management roles) --> makes the company feel like we're more out of the start up phase, feels more structured
Cons
- Pay is a bit lower than industry standard, I think that with where we're at as a company
- Not as many company events because of covid
- "Remote friendly" applies to everyone through the end of the year, but after that the options aren't as flexible for all employees
--> This should be reconsidered to keep good employees in the company and happy with their work/environment. If people are successful remote and have proven themselves, they should have the choice to do what they want no matter what positions they're in
