Pros
Has allowed employees to move positions without a degree within a couple pay grades. Quite a few amazing managers! Benefits aren't too bad.
Cons
Lack of training is pretty much the #1. Lack of appreciation for hard work. Communication is lacking. Could use a better bonus structure and annual pay increases should be way better! There are not enough incentives for employees that work hard and want to continue to do so.
