Restructuring has led to a toxic work environment, with poor communication and a lack of direction from management. Managers were uninvolved, offering little support or feedback, which left employees feeling uncertain and unsupported. While there were some opportunities for learning and great colleagues, the overall atmosphere became stressful and demotivating. The company needs to improve leadership involvement and communication to create a healthier work culture.
