Managers were uninvolved, offering little support or feedback, which left employees feeling uncertain and unsupported. While there were some opportunities for learning and great colleagues, the overall atmosphere became stressful and demotivating. The company needs to improve leadership involvement and communication to create a healthier work culture.

Lack of support, complete lack of direction. Employees treated like numbers and not humans. Multiple egos pushing things in all different directions. Has made many good and valuable employees sick to the point of having to leave. Avoid if you value your health and sanity
