1. Regional and gender biased. 2. No streamlined process for HR or payroll team 3. Founder driven and direct manager doesn’t have any power. 4. Less hikes or promotions in recent times 5. Benefits are more to the employees who are there with them from start. 6. As per govt rules as the employee count is less than 1k PF deduction is very less.
