Horrible Medical, delusional management, disconnected middle management, zero retention, compensation is about 10% below industry average, HR department is useless. The CEO is extremely out of touch with the workforce, and there is a major power struggle going on between the CEO and the COO. They both have their "teams" of other sr. managers. It's causing a lot of bureaucratic drama. One of the member of sr management has absolutely no business holding their position. In 2 years of working there, I never knew what this person did except draw 6 figure pay.
