Pros

You choose to service the available client(s) you would like to work for on the Arise platform You choose the hours you would like to service from what is available during allotted selection time frame

Cons

Pay for training Training is too long and WITHOUT PAY Slim pickings for hours to service NO PAY for mandatory upskill training and seminars No detailed way to track the minutes serviced, Active phone time (on phone with customer), Actively available to receive calls, ACW(after call work) time used and or AUX time used. Arise tech support and partner support are NOT helpful with looking into and resolving issues, or concerns, regarding invoicing, system issues, etc., they will close a ticket submitted for investigation as resolved, with a generic/computer generated response and no detail or explaination. (Kind of like the response to most of the reviews about Arise on Glassdoor) NO PAY for using ACW(after call work)feature, ( not truly sure if that is even legal)

Thank you for your feedback and comments. We are glad that your company is able to take advantage of the great opportunities available when using the Arise platform, but are sorry to hear that you have experienced some disappointment. Based on your comments, it is not clear whether you are a call center owner or an agent working for a call center. If you are an agent, we suggest you reach out to your call center owner to address your concerns. As a call center owner, you can also send us an email at: specialhelp@arise.com.
