If you're new to the software industry (or not) and want somewhere to sink your teeth in and learn then Arlo is an ideal place to be. With offices in New Zealand, UK and Canada there's plenty of opportunities to work with people internationally. They take care of you well, plenty of socials and benefits but importantly with a team you like to hang out with not one you feel required to. Everyone is very accommodating too, very flexible if you need to step out the office etc.
