You manage so many vendor lines and have so many resellers that it gets hectic. Instead of hiring more inside reps they just expect you to deal. This is why the inside sales team has a high turnover rate. Arrow does not focus on retaining employees. They will let you leave and hire someone in your place most likely for less money.
