Pros
Good mission statement and the intentions are there to fulfill. Pro earth and recycling business motto. Great strides being made to minimize electronics and un-biodegradable items in landfills. Pay is OK once hired. Lots of overtime.
Cons
Mgmt is so overloaded and pressured they can't remain professional through the difficult times. Some in particular are very unprofessional, gossipy and have favorites. At the warehouse level life is OK but the fortune 500 policies allow for zero wiggle room, they are very aware that the job market is tough so they just fire people for anything. Policies of a large company dictate everything allowing no consideration on a personal basis. All decisions on everything from how the floor is laid to how the programs run for processing come from corporate with no employee input. Generally more worried about the big picture to care about the employees making it happen, just feigning concern to keep peace and in business. It is sad but In my experience the office is fend for yourself, don't wait for mgmt to help when you drown. This place is the mirror of the movie office space without the funny stapler guy. :(
