Worked with a lot of different people all over the country. Very challenging environment.

Cons

Management was not very experienced. Not a lot of growth opportunities.

Pros

Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

Cons

Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
