Great staff, fantastic mission, amazing place to work

The organization is growing and changing, but that is a good thing

The rent was very discounted and the building is designed for really hip artists to life and work together in harmony. Many disciplines are under one roof and it is a great environment to make friends, party, hang out, and live in downtown LA affordably.

200 sq ft units with a shared bath and no kitchen. Management rules with an iron fist and tenets are kept in the dark. Policies continually change and no direction is followed for long. Tenants have no rights and management is always posting notices to enter the apartments giving you no real sense of freedom or life. No parking (downtown LA). All gatherings were banned by management and tenets must remain in silence (no walking or showering) while the downstairs theatre hosts parties and concerts.
