Artshare LA interview questions

I submitted a resume via email and applied separately to a 3rd party management company. I met with three employees of the management company and then was passed on to the entity itself. At the entity I met two board members separately. Several phone calls followed. Then a group meeting was held. I was promised an answer in a week which went to three with no decision. The management company and the entity argued as to whose employee I actually was. This should have been taken as a serious red flag and an indicator of how the day to day would be.
