Pros
Intelligent people work there ( for small amounts of time). Good place to learn and get industry experience. Exposure to other companies so that you can find your next job.
Cons
The company feels like a start up but not in the fun ways. They have been around for 19 years and the lack of process and training is daunting. You work 50+ hours and are expected to work weekends. Not because you are passionate about your job but because the CEO has whims that need to be fulfilled. Calls at any time of night and on the weekends. Everything feels like its always on fire and you are just fighting to stay above water. This chaotic environment is created by very poor work culture that comes from the top. The CTO and CEO will fight constantly and will use employees to get their jabs at each other. What you think is a simple request from the CEO is actually putting you in the middle of a fight with the CTO. The worst part is that the CEO can actually be verbally abusive. "What are you stupid?" amongst other condescending and disrespectful comments are normal. Adults should not talk to other adults in that manner. In many occasions I was put in uncomfortable positions where I had to defend the "half truths" that came down from the C-suite to clients. Avoid this place if you can. As many of the other comments state many of the good reviews are fake.
