The executive management sucks, minimum to no communication from the executive level. Does not respect and will not treat it’s employees right

very talented peoples work in the market intelligence team which you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

I worked there for about two years. The company provided no onboarding or training, and the expectations were incredibly high. The managers lacked a clear vision, which resulted in frequent changes in their expectations. The workload was heavy, but the salary was enough to justify the work load. 10 hour work days and working on weekends was very common.
