• Upper management evidently do not care about you and will actively try to make your life miserable. I have heard many stories of them being downright rude and condescending. The General Counsel is sly and downright deceitful. I've never experienced a company culture where people are so open with how unhappy they are and about how their ongoing job search is going. • Upper management clearly do not care about the quality of the product or the quality of their hires. As a result: - The application suffers and employees are not proud to be representing it - The IT support is terrible and will waste a lot of your time - The Security team are clearly unskilled • If it's not clear already upper management just do not seem to know what they are doing. So many questionable business choices. The CTO does not understand his own product. It is a miracle that Asite continues to operate. • Very difficult to get salary increase or career progression • I'm being nitpicky now, but the office is gaudy. You are worth more than this. You will be valued far more elsewhere. Asite will only bring misery. Avoid!
