Pros
Managers are very understanding and down to earth. Very flexible work environment, with the option to work from anywhere as long as the work is done. If you are part of Professional Services, there is a lot of travel if you are someone who enjoys travelling A flat culture with no hierarchy. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, at walkable distance from Cunningham road. Lunch is 20Rs ( Yup I did not type the cost wrong) and it's excellent food. If you stay back in the evening, the snacks are free and if you stay beyond 8, the dinner is free and I gotta tell you, the food is great. Can facilities for all employees working odd hours. Additional allowance if you work late. The latest OnePlus is given free if your role demands it, and it can be changed every two years.
Cons
Leave policy, when it comes to carry forward. You are basically expected to take your leaves and have a balanced work life.
