Pros

They are still able to employ some people which is good. Especially during this time.

Cons

Too many to name, here are the ones that never seem to go away: * Revolving door of workers. Very high turnover. I would say 100 have quit or been fired since 2019, and that's before they recent layoffs which are over 70. * The revolving door also includes leadership, which is the core of the issues there. The people running most departments have been at the company for less than a year, some a year and a half. The ones that are still there are remote/out of state or stay in their office to avoid questions. * The issues they had two years ago are still issues today. Because the leadership doesn't know how, or care how to fix them. * They have been re-platforming for 2 years, and they are already a few months behind schedule. Don't see this finished project coming out any time soon. I assume this is one of the many decisions and factors that has caused issues financially, even before COVID (which made these issues impossible to hide, so the layoffs were the next step).

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Due to the unprecedented economic and business impact surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the decision to layoff employees was not an easy one. We value the contribution of all those impacted and are committed to providing resources to help manage their transition as appropriate and we wish them all well in their future endeavor.

Pros

The culture here is collaborative, inclusive, and empowering. From day one, I felt I belonged and my input mattered. Leadership values every voice, balancing innovation with respect. If you want to grow, be heard, and feel part of something meaningful, this is the place.

Cons

The company’s tendency to try to make everyone happy can lead to unrealistic expectations.

Pros

A great company for anyone looking to grow their career in a supportive, flexible (remote), and engaging environment. The culture is collaborative and people-focused, with managers who genuinely want to see their teams succeed. The company continues to expand and refine its processes, and while communication can sometimes lag behind the pace of growth, the overall direction and opportunities make it an exciting place to be. We have a competitive benefits package, with recent improvements like additional paid vacation time. I work on a wide variety of projects and encounter challenges which helps keep my work engaging and I build new skills.

Cons

The fast pace and shifting priorities can be stressful at times. Strategic direction and long-term vision aren’t always communicated clearly across teams. Some organizational changes can feel reactive rather than proactive as the company continues to scale.
