      Amazing colleagues, great opportunities to grow and learn : huge projects, lot of autonomy and trust. You are able to expand your scope and help build (in your expertise, the processes, the practice…) Remote work

      Cons

      Dont get used to how things are done because it can change quickly! As it is scaling quite fast you have to be comfortable with ambiguity while continuing to move forward.

      Lot's of challenges, people are passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Constant change in middle management, young teams with no structured processes. Too many growing pains that are not addressed.
