Poor management - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Athena Health Care Systems Employee Review

Athena is not paying employees health insurance. New workers are treated better than ones who have been employed their for a long time. Too many call outs.The building is poorly managed. Poor communication. Over worked and understaffed. Lack of appreciation.
