Over the past 4 years Atos NA have provided a measly average 1.1% merit increase with two years having 0%. Terrible HR all ran out of India for a North American company. They push all rising costs for insurance on to employees and cry about how they had such challenging financial issues due to poor merger and acquisition decisions.
