Pros
When i joined it was good company , Only the deserved use to get good hikes, and recognition. Now I dont have any pros to say.
Cons
Management is very bad , especially some(2) TL's , and Project Managers(1). Politics Hike only for a particular managers favourite people. Coz of which the 6 months hike is being postponed. If these people are moved from the company , Its a heaven to work.
