      Pros

      Good people to work with, good environment, good flexibility. Get to work on a good variety of projects. Work life balance is encouraged.

      Cons

      This used to be a great company to work for, but in recent years, management has been changing a lot, and not for the better. No rewards for hard work, the wrong people get rewarded.
