Pros
Aurecon is a good place to launch one's career and working here has opened a lot of doors for me. Provided you are in the right department, the work is varied and interesting. There are good development opportunities offered if you're willing to work hard and there is a strong focus on mentoring.
Cons
Flawed corporate model; progressing to the next level is highly dependent on time served in industry rather than skill sets and adherence to KPIs - otherwise difficult to move up the ladder despite responsibilities given and client feedback. Can be demoralising performing the work of a manager-level on an entry level wage, however, this does not seem uncommon in consultancy.
