      Pros

      Awesome small business culture. A lot of fun activities to interact with folks you don't directly work with. Invests in employees with drive. Corporate staff is very supportive.

      Cons

      Limited transfer choices. Unclear career path. It can be difficult to build relationships with corporate staff, when working elsewhere on contracts.
