Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are disheartened to hear about your thoughts whilst working with us. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative, friendly environment for all of our employees. During your interview process, you would have been informed that you would need to communicate with authors as part of your role. Our Authors love interacting and communicating with our staff and are at the heart of everything we do. Staff are encouraged to speak with their Manager if they have any concerns and we are saddened to hear this did not happen. With regards to travelling to and from work, it is each employee’s responsibility to cover their own travel expenses, which is expected across most employers. If the company sends an employee on a business trip, then all travel expenses are paid. Should you wish to discuss your comments further please contact the HR department. Kind regards Amanda Harrison HR Manager

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to know that your experience with us so far has not been enjoyable. We strive to give our staff a secure environment to grow in, both professionally and personally, and build a camaraderie of talented and passionate individuals working towards a unified goal of enriching the literary world with hidden and overlooked gems. We have employed and supported apprentices/graduates who wanted to take the next step in their publishing careers; we’ve provided them with the necessary training, knowledge and tools to exceed their own expectations and given them the exposure to work in a multinational organization – their progress has truly been remarkable, and we are especially proud of them. This is not to say we do not have experienced staff on board – our staff have played a crucial role in our company’s success and in building the community we envisioned where no boundary would limit one’s talent. Our company values are strongly based on our determination to create a supportive environment for all, employees and customers alike. If you are experiencing any discomfort, we advise you to speak with your local HR representative so we may investigate the matter further and resolve any issues you might be having. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation – we look forward to continuing a great working relationship in the future. Kind regards, Anna Khan Senior International HR
