For a company at its stage, looking ahead wisely to building an appropriate data infrastructure and other infrastructure items needed at a big boy company. A real focus on the culture and values Very supportive of learning and development via conferences or classes. It is very easy to get funding for anything that will help you get better at your job.
Cons
The rest of the senior leadership team. A boys club (with exception to the CISO) who will quickly ostracize you the first time something doesn't go right. One member is more interested in making a name for themselves in the tech world on social media rather than trying to grow into a leader. The remote work culture, while amazing on the surface, has a big drawback if you are not in Seattle, BA, or London. You are at a complete disadvantage from your peers who do get to work together in one of the offices. A murky product roadmap. While the product is nice for developers, competing long-term in this market is going to be tough, and Okta has tons of cash.
