Pros
The Work Life balance for upper level management is alright.
Cons
Well, I'd like to call this a dictatorship and not an organisation. Let's look at the various reasons- 1. One person is in-charge or everything around here, doesn't trust anyone to delegate. And what's worse is that he's super fickle minded. 2. This person is of the opinion is that he's running the household of all of his employees and hence he should be worshipped. 3. If you worship him, you'll be in his personal circle. And he'll make sure that you get everything that you need. There's only one person that's reached that state though. 4. That one person was the first to get a ride in his BMW. 5. The dictator hires expensive people, doesn't listen to them, doesn't give them any authority, and then fires them saying they haven't performed. 6. These expensive resources are then replaced with cheaper resources and the cycle continues. 7. This has happened with business heads, IT heads, operation heads and even HR heads (very recently) 8. Did I mention that the dictator likes glamour? He absolutely loves glamour. All the glamour around him should be right next to his cabin. Doesn't matter what they do, or even if they do anything, he'll keep people for the sole purpose of maintaining glamour around him. If you're glamorous, you'll survive in the organisation. 9. Another important point to note is that the ambition doesn't match the thinking of our dear Mr. Dictator. He wants a super star sales team of 40 people, but would refuse to pay 20-22k a month.
