Pros
-At the time, AutoQuotes had a top-notch benefits program and an excellent yearly bonus.
-Fresh fruit and coffee are always available in the breakroom.
-Nice cubicles.
-Most of the people working for AutoQuotes are great and want the company to succeed.
Cons
-The leadership team are strangers to the company and don't share the same passion that more tenured employees have for the AutoQuotes' legacy.
-No growth opportunities for most employees.
-Working from home and flexible schedules are frowned upon and forbidden unless you work in one of the departments that still contains a boss that cares (Development, Content, and Product Management).
-The current leadership team is making the same mistakes that past leaders made in regards to decision-making.
-Leaders are more concerned about making sure they look good to the private equity firm then helping you succeed.
-Though the company received a significant investment and likely has a ton of cash on hand, some AutoQuotes leaders pinch pennies to the detriment of the organization's success.
-Since the founder of AutoQuotes retired (over three years ago), the company has lacked a great leader who can steer the ship toward future growth and prosperity. AutoQuotes is currently a shell of its innovative past.
