      They pay well and have good benifets if your there for over 6 months.

      Cons

      The supervisors are terrible the working conditions are horrible and the safty measures they take aren't enough.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
