      Pros

      Pays decent and always hiring (probably a reason for that). Matches retirement, and willing to help pay for schooling if you are there over a year. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management, looks at seniority over results for promotions, poor work enviorment, lots of unmotivated and negative coworkers

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
