Pros
The benefits package is excellent with low premiums. Recently ( the past 18 months) management has begun to introduce professional development training for all employees.
Cons
The company values bodies over experience, entry level wages have increased and overtaken annual raises. A second year team lead now makes as much or more as a five year team lead. The company cares about bringing people in but fails to retain employees beyond five years due to it’s faulty pay increase structure. The local management has no control or influence over pay incentives. Current management will listen to concerns but often neglects taking action until situations have intensified to serious problems.
