      HR Dept. Strongest department in the company. Over rules Engineering managers on who they can hire for their own group. Need establish highest wage possible when hired, yearly reviews are minimal.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
