Pros

Working from home - now policy changed.

Cons

Horrible management, they don't care about performance. Owner has some people he likes and will follow their direction. They say one big family and fire people all the time. Huge rotation, there is no way you will be appreciated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we understand that not every workplace experience will be the same, we strive to make decisions that best support our employees, customers, and long-term business success. Following the pandemic, we adopted a hybrid work model to balance flexibility, collaboration, and connection for our team. While this approach may not align with everyone’s preferences, many of our employees, appreciate the opportunity to work both remotely and in person. We are committed to supporting employees through organizational and technological changes by providing training, resources, and development opportunities. While transitions are not always easy for every individual, we work hard to treat all employees with fairness, respect, and professionalism throughout their employment journey.

Pros

The pay is reasonable ...

Cons

... Until you have to work with the CEO. The first couple of weeks everyone butters you up. But then the 30%+ turnover will catch up and you'll be doing someone else's job. For the same pay. Just ask for reasonable compensation, right? Look at the other reviews, it hasn't changed in 15 years, it never will. Ask any employee who left. You'll learn that there is constant micro-managing, and the cronies the CEO surrounds himself with are just yes-men who act like nannies, trying to gently guide him away from self-destructive behavior every time he has a whim. Monitors every employee's communication and will email you if he thinks you are not doing enough. If you must, interview for the company. Take note of what the upper management ask you. Ask yourself if these people are someone you want to work for. If I was a million dollars in debt and this was the last job on earth, I still wouldn't work for this company
