Ridiculously long interview that asked me next to nothing relevant about the work itself. It was like being psychoanalyzed for an interview. They could tell me almost nothign about the job I'd be doing and, when I asked to speak to some people I'd potentially work with, they declined. Massive red flags.

Interview
It was okay, not too technical and mostly informative about the company, what I did in my projects and what they want to do in future.
I was told later after the interview, that they are looking for someone who are willing to accept lower pay, and the range I quoted was high, which was the average salary for that role in DC Metro area.

The interviewing process was quick and easy. Everything happened within 2 weeks of being contacted. First was a phone interview, where I spoke to the staff accountant and CFO. Within a couple of days, I was contacted for an in-person, office interview. In a couple of days, I was given an offer.
